So I applied for the rights issue plus heaps of shortfall options on top of this like a lot of you guys did.
My mate rang the company today to ask about the allocation policy of shortfall options. He was told that CXZ shareholders will probably get allocated no shortfall because of the large amount of MMH shortfall applications. I’m a bit confused as my reading of the prospectus on pages 7 clearly states that all shortfall will go:
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? It seems they are saying something different to the prospectus? Has anyone else called the company about the allocation of these options which could be worth quite a bit?
- 1) First to CXZ shareholders,
- 2) Secondly to MMH shareholders, then
- 3) The underwriter
