Hi The shortfall is NOT A MESS . The company did a Big Ask ( A 3 for 1 offer) to shareholders which in this current market for capital raising was classed as a success although all the shares were not taken up.As for the Amer offer THEY are genuine as they have put up a $50000.00 deposit to enable the 2 companies to discuss and prepare documents. I see this as a BIG PLUS for what I think are its expansion plans in Australia and New Zealand DYOR Yes I am taking up some of this current shortfall but only have limited funds Towie
