I took the below to mean you could apply for extra, so basically I sent them more money than my entitlement, whilst no guarantee would be nice to pick up some extras at a 90% discount to the market price!
Shortfall Facility
In the event that Eligible Shareholders do not take up all of their Entitlements in full, a Shortfall
Facility will be available to provide an opportunity for those Eligible Shareholders that have
taken up their full Entitlements to apply for Additional Shares.
Eligible Shareholders may apply for Additional Shares by completing the relevant part of the
Entitlement and Acceptance Form and paying by cheque, or through BPAY®.
There is no guarantee that Eligible Shareholders will receive the number of Additional Shares
applied for, or that they will receive any at all.
If any Applications for Additional Shares are not accepted in part or in full, the relevant portion
of the Application Monies will be refunded without interest as soon as practicable.
The allocation of any Additional Shares under the Shortfall Facility will be determined jointly by
Invion and the Underwriter.
Any Shortfall Shares will be issued to the Underwriter on the terms of the Underwriting
Agreement (see section 1.4).
