The way I (mistakenly) read this, was that we would be notified

of any shortfall shares that were available. Wrong.

" a Shortfall Facility will be available"

If they wrote, " a Shortfall Facility will (is) be available",

would have applied for some extra ones too. Missed out.

Just got off the phone again, and anybody that wanted to apply

for any shortfall shares, had to do so, with the cash, along with

their entitlement application.

But MOST people have taken up their entitlements,

and there are VERY FEW SF shares to be allocated.

Also, anyone that only has a relatively small holding,

will not receive a disproportionate amount of SF shares.

With a bit of luck, small investors will get the SF shares,

not the "big" guys.
