Your guess is as good as mine...
Hopefully a plan to help shareholders and better financial management of allocation of capital into the business. Gone are the days you just get capital for micro caps from instos that may change if they can turn it around.
I agree it's good they have been able to get some money in still. I am sure they get the rest covered of the shortfall. It will increase shares on issue but will give them abit more time.
