Good point Ezirida about the management shareholding. John Anderson only holds just over $1.2m and David Jones has a pitiful 577k. The other 2 directors have around 2.5m + or -. That is not that much either. Let us see if they are truly believers or not. Their action or inaction will likely make my decision on holding one way or the other.
