the reality is, directors will do nothing except continue their work... they tend not to think outside the square when it comes to capital, after all that's what PAC are being paid thousands to worry about isn't it?
interestingly, if CITIC and acorn took their entitlements, they would have taken a combined approx 32M shares for approx $1.4M..
let's see if the substantial holders notices come out, i think CITIC more likely than acorn but time will tell what contribution retail holders made to the raise
