Due to a holdup with Computershare in issuing the paperwork, many may not have received application forms in the mail for the shortfall options offer (I was one who did not).
If you are entitled to the shortfall options offer and wish to take it up, email Kim Massey at Range's office via: [email protected] and Kim will reply with a personalised application form for any entitlements.
Bpay payments are not accepted; your cheque & application form needs to be received at Computershare's Perth Office by 5.00pm 14 Dec ... so get emailing!
