I expect the shortfall results to be announced on Wednesday, would be suprised to hear about it prior to that. I think the price will stay around the .6c potentially ticking up to .7c. Can't think of any reasons for announcements in the short term other than the interest from Amer. Based on their statements on other companies they like to buy when they are languishing, which NTL was prior to the rights offer, I think the confidence of the holders has changed significantly since then, I reckon Amer will move on.
