Shortfall/refund, page-6

That's odd because I rang them last wednesday asking where my refund was and they said because I hadn't put a bank account in the Automic website they hadn't paid it to me. I have now put my bank details on my account with Automic.

They said I had to wait till this wednesday (tomorrow) for the next EFT run.

The girl looked into it a bit more for me and found that my cheque payment had been produced that day - yea right, and they would post it.

I said don't post it as I live in Victoria and might not get it for some time.

So I am in hope I get in in tomorrows EFT run....as per her original promise.

That's my experience...
