RUM just opportunistically raised 7mil+ from institutions when no one expected and in a bad market. Why would they do it now if the share price is not the best, unless you are desperate for cash - which they are not.
Now they have 16 mil cash, more than enough to take a swing at us. It just so happens that shortfall is almost exactly equal to 19.9% of NUP's issued capital. Co-incidence?
