    I can answer that they WOUDN'T place the extra shares at 0.004

    I tried calling the company to ask for $20k but they said that the cut off date was when the last Appendix 3B was done. They said that it would be unfair to their shareholders that more shares are issued especially when the company is not in need of more short term capital.
