    "Settlement of the shortfall 97m to be completed in coming weeks". Is that 2-3 weeks, 5-6 weeks or maybe 9-10 weeks. Is their any legal period for the underwriter to complete the purchase? Was the premonition of 2015 for a healthy spot price rebound a bit premature?
