Looking at how ANP is trading at the moment, I think/guess the shortfall will be made up by an institutional placement in the 13c to 16c range. Taking they need more cash post futility, I would also guess they get the .5 options per share.
This is all a guess, with no factual basis. Taking that an algo is keeping the price in a very small range, and volume has been almost non existent.
This could well be the ripping the band aid off, to let the wound get fresh air and heal.
Time to trial starting is getting closer. ANP needs to be funded. And this funding takes it through to approval.
16c would be about a 30% discount to the previous 12 month Vwap.
Any other ideas?
