He has obviously surrounded himself with a professional marketing team along with market advisors, and he has listened to advice given or taken it upon himself to list on the exchange without the IPO, they are looking at raising money on the initial listing, because by all accounts he wants to do it on his terms not by market dictation at the time
They will look to funding once things improve and the time is right, but at least they will be set up in the US where i am sure funds will be made available as and when he see,s fit
Because he is spending time over in the US setting up office and working with his marketing advisors, they are obviously, by the $7mil on market buy last week, they are connecting with the right sort of people, as you just inferred yourself a single cornerstone investor .

My point is this guy is pro active he is acting before things happen he is pre-empting the companies success, and obviously snagging large investment @ market, hungry for a piece of the action even pre listing

I am not talking about listing tomorrow it has taken IHL 7 months to this stage so its not gonna happen tomorrow who knows where the markets will be in 7 months or 12 months

Put 12 months on our timeline even 14 -15 months i would be tipping would be an ideal timeline 15months from now say april may 2023 but like i said pre futility results is a must do as far as i see things

And yes utf i agree with you, ref the so called advisors we have running the show we need a clear out and someone with whole new perspective brought into the picture because unfortunately what we have just experienced or are experiencing at this moment in time is just not good enough im afraid

and yes i realise there are costs involved but put our two companies side by side with cash available there is no difference, The only difference i see is from tracking along side this company from 10c 2 years ago they are now sat 57.5c making headway back to their 70c high and we are sat at 15c tracking backwards down towards our last 10c raise

Tell me who is doing things right and who is doing things wrong

it’s a bad move you would always sell into it - it’s a graveyard littered with ASX failures …. Or it takes many years to mature with dual listings - exchange rate will always crush …. And with no earnings …

You want to list on the nasdaq successfully ? you delist from the ASX go dark stay private - move to the US ….. and then list on the exchange once you have built a base …. But these things take time, and with “mum & dads” that need updates every 5 minutes going dark and without the ease of exiting if need be, it often doesn’t work for them …

just me view ….
