I think/guess the shortfall will be made up by an institutional placement in the 13c to 16c range.

And this funding takes it through to approval. not the case
This funding will take us through to Futility that's as far as the $36mil goes,
we require further funding post Futility
Look there is no immediate panic for the funding not sure why everyone is dreaming up these low ball CR
If they cannot place the funds under the rights issue terms then terminate them, and look to funding when things are looking better maybe pre trial start up or whenever
I still think the Nasdaq is the answer and yes i know things are tough, but if we have the science as we all appear to think we do, then the funding i believe will be accessible to the right person selling the story over there, so just go for it,
They have a massive opportunity approaching in the US with the on the 16th - 17th March
Those dates correspond with the termination date of the Shortfall as well, so who knows I'm sure they could extend the dates to cover a a commitment from the conference should they be making an appearance
We have had no updated report from Morgan's of late which i have been expecting, so will they produce a report and push this back up to 24c to help them sell their case, at the conference should they be putting in an appearance
