I must say that the 196 / 700 M shares shortfall on the rights was far less than I thought.
Curiously, it also meant that a lot of people did not even attempt to sell their rights - the total turnover being far less than that.
So now, this takes Glencore to 70.6% which is almost chump change on a takeover or simply they can spend more on each individual share.
Surely, MRE must now be taken out within two years.
