here's a thought,
garnaut wouldn't have too many friends in the business world following his ridiculous climate report.
afterall, when has a report ever been commissioned by a government only to have the author of the report do a national tour?
i certainly didn't hear any comments from him in relation to the economic impact of implimenting carbon reduction measures.
i only ever heard about his opinions on the climate.
IF carbon reduction trashes the worlds economies, guess what will rise in price......GOLD GOLD GOLD.
maybe this is why he was so passionate about his report and wanted to do that national tour.
he is an economist isn't he????....not a climatologist!
so, i wonder if lihir stock will get smashed and trashed for quite a while longer by a community that now dislikes him.
