He gives the pros and cons for shareholders when there company is shorted

He says Super funds take a fee for lending shares to shorters

Which Hedge funds can then use to make a motza

While the Super only gets $120 PER $1000000 for lending the shares

My comment

Sometimes the company deserves to be shorted

But Hedge Funds can target any company to control the s/p with borrowed shares

Good for the Prime Broker and the Hedge Fund

But,is it always good for shareholders?
