I do use some COT data, but I like commodity spreads.
coffee is looking like a good opportunity is developing for a short, but the price has had bullish moves up to 300 before, so there may be more upside yet, but I look for extreme highs and lows, all time highs and lows are better, and then look for good commodity spreads, sometimes I do just take one side of the trade, all depends on the technicals and how that commodity behaves on the chart.
