dont think i'm up with all of all with this "shorting index" flemster. are you really saying people short shorts ??? understand that with SMSF's the banks and telstra would be a natural, with high yield and gov't policies and specifically taxation policies etc. indirectly assisting there businesses.
so with regard banks are you saying that they are not likely to dive to much because their price is supportd by a large number of small investors are who will hold regardless.
