Todays numbers showing that the shorts are back up. I take it to be an error in reporting that has now been rectified.

If anyone can explain rolling over I'd be appreciative. Is it referring to shorts that reach the maturation date and are subsequently renewed and this causes a dramatic drop in the numbers reported. Pure guess on my part.
