Hi swap,

Without wishing to sound too naive, you seem to be one of the most knowledgeable posters on the CNP threads so I shall direct this to you, as well as anyone else who feels they can contribute to same.

Is there an argument that CNP should not be on the 'ASX short-sell list' due to the liquidity of the Company or any other reason? Also, does the ASX have clear conflicts here as they are the Governing body & also rely on throughput, hence the conflict? I would appreciate your opinion on the above!

Do you think it might be in our interests to perhaps raise this issue with the ASX, Glenn as CEO, the Press, Feds, etc. I do not quite understand shorting, which is why I have thrown this open to yourself & others to debate further!
