That ZFX is not on the list.

Having just rang ASX myself:

"No new short positions are allowed to be opened in ZFX whilst under Takeover or in a Scheme of Arrangement"

They are clear violations of these rules occurring at present, as 2 days ago there was someone clearly trying to short ZFX in the closing auction as they were selling 222,000 ZFX shares at around $2 below the market.

I will be lodging a complaint with ASX asap about this and would urge another ZFX shareholders should do the same.
