    I have emailed the ASX for clarity on this matter however I was under the impression that CFD's are not in fact a reportable instrument and nor if you short them do you require to borrow shares against a CFD short.

    Companies that are not registered with the ASX that provide CFD trading do not need to report any trades. This has been confirmed by the ASX
