Agree Mongo, a comment above saying something like "it looks like a syndicate of day traders are shorting wbc" is absolutely ridiculous. For starters, no short selling of any kind is allowed on financials.
Also who is this syndicate? Apart from the share price making large movements (like 90% of listed companies at the moment) what made you come up with this theory? If you know of day trader syndicates that are shorting while it is banned please enlighten us further.
