Hi the T plus 3 is for Brokers to make more money by ripping into the small investor . there are a lot of transfers go thru in the Brokers Office .. The Share Registers could not handle every transfer 3 days after the sale or purchase . They Need 7 days to work out who is getting a divvy or an entitlement to a new issue . My Broker gives me a little bit more time and sometimes throws in a little bit of Interest Regards Towie
