Great post. Shorts are not good for developer stocks (little cash, certainly no dividends) with debt and as such can be used by the big players to trigger debt covenent limits such that ordinary shareholders can ultimately be left with nothing (from the administrators). I find it staggering that you get a few per percent pa for the privilege of potentially risk if being bankrupted. Great to bring this to everyone's attention. Leave the shorting to the ASX 200, plenty to do there around earnings announcement season.
