A 3 month delay is irrelevant in my eyes.
They can't control what they can't control and they're still bullish enough to commence construction in Dec.
It's not the end of the world and doesn't change long term fundamentals. I will certainly be holding and be able to obtain a 50pc discount on my capital gains for holding over a year.
