IMHO, I believe Stockland will drop significantly when finally assets around the world start to deflate back on real economics and debt fueled problems.....
Australia has one of the highest household debts in the world..... when the cycle finally catch up with reality it will not be pretty for the internal/local economy...
I still believe that who will pop the Australian housing bubble is China..... either by a correction/mild recession or by other economic means forcing a "fire sales" style....
I see end of 2017 - 2018 PUT OPTIONS on SGP becoming very attractive....
