have you guys seen the profit warning from villa world today, their stock got smashed and they are blaming challenging market conditions and banks making it harder for people to get finance etc... even though % rates are so low.
Do you guys recken there is a chance SGP could issue a similar profit warning in the next few months regarding challenging market conditions in the property sector?
