I sold none of my 250k+ shares before approval - all the data showed it was (in theory) 100% guaranteed to pass. But... I still had frayed nerves - as its clear the FDA is a somewhat political animal and occasionally surprises on both the approval and denial sides. A bit like a court case, even with strong evidence you can never have complete confidence how the judge will rule...
