Has anyone looked at the shorting stats for OST and BSL over the last few days? They are shorting this like there is no tomorrow.
So, if the rumour about Jooolya saving steel is wrong then they stand to make a fortune. Yet I know Citigroup released a note yesterday saying don't be short steel by close Friday.
