Hi richard,
ASX registered shorts of RRL are no worse than peers.
for example:
Co................................%age of registered shorts
RRL...................................0.34%
TRY...................................0.44%
SLR.....................................0.50%
With the current volitility of gold the above %ages are quite normal.
If there is a lift in the POG there will be a scramble to cover these shorts
which should give the SP an extra lift.
Also, as we get closer to the ex-div date the shorters should fade away.
