AFR's smartinvestor ran an article on the 19th that short-sellers have built a significant position in Myer, taking the portion of shorted stock close to 14 per cent as of last week. It's one of the top 4 shorted stocks on the asx 200 apparently. This might lead to some short downward price pressure IMO. Would be good to see a good news story come out from Myer as this could put some pressure on the short side and lead the sp back up.
