It is related to interconnection with NGCP; and is the only CP not met, per their disclosures in annuals and half-years going back a bit. I think specifically they need to have all the land access agreements done and that is an exercise prone to frustration and delay, as we have seen. At least that is what I recall. Happy to be wrong, but that would not change my view of the competitiveness of the project if it does come into operation. The market would have to change in implausible ways for this plant to run much.
