HUB is a good business. But how can you can call it at $15?
it is currently trading at.....
13 times revenue
5% of fua
100 times npat.
If you look at projected 2021 fua, it is running at
7 times revenue - based on fee compression required to grow by 50%
3% of fua
22 times npat - based on fee reduction and holding cost relatively constant.
So if hub24 hits their 2 year growth targets, the current price is probably close to being justified. But to pay $15, another 50% before they get there makes little sense.
HUB is a good business. But how can you can call it at $15?it is...
