At first he said the BNB report was very good.
He never said why.
Now he says :” As for Babcock, we need to make a mea culpa here for a recent cursory run-down on the parent results. We missed a bit, a rather big bit”

He never tells us the bits.

In the first article he invents the term “``rumourtrage'', describing the nefarious practice of lobbing the hand grenade of rumour to speed up the process of shorting.

It seems to me that Michael is pre-eminently guilty of rumour.
