anyway we have to look at what has been put in front of us

i think it's been used to improve volume and liquidity in cvi, make it attractive to insto's

maybe it's part of getting a stock to act and be priced like an oxiana partly

anyhow you can see with the dilution that this stock if it went to $1 it would be a massively bigger coy market cap wise than what it would have been without dilution

low prices are part of the cycle/game maybe to get to this stage as the big players start to position themselves in top20

the top20 has improved over last 12 months in a way

the US control account hasn't budged in this time

this is all part of the game ms has constructed

all the way back to hsbc escrowed stock being fed into market

some participants we have seen have provided cvi with cash, a tax write off and liquidity in stock floating, all part i think of the game/strategy

even back 12 months ago i never thought i would c cvi at $1 just due to it's amount of issue

as long as pensador don't get their way to a US listing and they have to go through us we'll be right i think

maybe it's an ego thing to get listed onto a US boarse because i don't see what the big fuss is about to get there

we have been able to get cash from outside of the US but this can open us up to more cash, dunno

i reckon we'll get a stock consolidation b4 we go to list fully as a merged entity or we'll consolidate at an upgraded listing as these listing have to meet certain criteria such as market cap

cvi will have to be 4-5 times bigger than present i think to get there where they want
