I haven't seen much of it in the last few days but over the last month or so there have been very large buys at regular intervals followed by a sell off if the price creeps up.

It would be fair to assume institutional buyers are accumulating.......If you go back through the charts they sell off anywhere from a quarter to an eigth of their over purchace to dampen the price.

Around mid August all the green stocks will start getting hit.
