Dec 2018? Are they serious? And thats presumably not a BFS so no bankers will look at it until it is a BFS. If thats their timeframe for a mining study before decision making, and realistically decision making is Jan 2019 at the earliest, then they are looking at applying for a mining lease in say Feb 2019 and so will be getting a mining lease approval from the QLD Dept Mines by about Jan 2021.......
