i assume you are referring to resolution 2 and 3 that were not carried at the recent meeting??

shares were issued under the 15% placement rule, think at the time 3 or 4% for the year, if they had been carried, management would have still have had the ability to do another placement of up to 15% for the year if required, with those resolutions not carried, they can now only raise 11-12% with out shareholders voting. no money to be repaid.

interesting close today, "someone" made sure closing price was 2.8c, definite tactics to keep SP under wraps for the time being.
wont be able to do that for much longer, havnt seen any line wipes yet, slow and steady accumulation, as we get closer to the feasibility study being released pressure will surely mount.
