Generally Jr exploration companies are on a tight budget of where the funds are allocated too.
Many have being voicing their angry as to the delay and assay results and etc. The lab are currently overloaded with work at the current stage.
Either pay the standard testing fees and have results within the standard timeframe and possible delays or pay 4 times premium and expect faster results.
