Just move on from the petty bickering. That might be what you two are squabbling about but it wasn't my point.
I stated up front that I don't believe shorts have much tangible impact on SP over the long term. This isn't the USA where you can have huge proportions of short positions.
My only interest in short positions is what it says about the perceived risk profile and valuation of the company.
If the company is as overvalued as you say it is at this level then why are short positions lower than they have been since at least 2019, and probably a lot further back than that?
