This whole thread is redundant, there are virtually no shorts left to squeeze. Shorts will not affect the SP in any significant way.
Shorts are at their lowest level in at least 3 years.
So the bigger question is: Why don't short sellers see any profits to be made when the SP is around these levels? The trend does not lie.
