Hoots, I am always amazed at the depth of your knowledge and research! Thank you so much for sharing on this forum! Having just read this article, I am bewildered as to how this remains legal. However, I am encouraged by the announcement today regarding investment by the Clean Energy Corporation into the PLS bond issue, and particularly todays media release by the Federal Minister for the Environment and Energy's regarding this investment. I believe that PLS is now on the Government's radar given this flagship 'new energy chain' investment and the Government will follow this company with some interest.
In light of today's Government investment announcement, I am now hopeful that complaints about market manipulation of the PLS share price to our Federal members of Parliament may succeed where all else failed.
