Everyone should be happy with the short interest because every other time short interest has moved to these levels it has preceded strong share price performance.
Think about it another way. 7% of trades (short) believe the stock is going down. 100% of the owners believe its going up. 7% of the 100% are just smart enough to make money off the 7% who think its going down.
