Regardless, the fair valuation of the stock is faaar higher than what the SP is. So whatever or whomever is causing the SP to dive does not align with the valuation rating..... It shits me when I see "undervalued" plastered everywhere with a fair estimate of $10/11.

I know some people take very little notice of valuation ratings, but when there is a consistent theme across multiple evaluators I do take comfort in that........In other words I'm one of those stubborn people who tend to refuse to sell shares at a loss when the "fair value estimate" is MORE, and in this particular AVH case, much MORE, than my current average price.
