The volume is coming in now!
If you look at the volume on Yahoo finance for the previous days, its different to whats shown on the graph in your post. I wonder why the difference? Yahoo finance shows 2 ultra high red volume days in the last month or so. I think the bulk of that volume would have been cross trades based on past experience.
The chart is looking good. We got above the 50 day EMA on good volume. I also thought we had a descending wedge in play. The SP did dip below it but not by much. The upward breakout of the descending wedge may be in play now.
