the shorts from yesterday are out volume 39.51 million
shorts 9.78 million or 24.75% of turnover
They are still clearly at it but the positive bounce on the market the lsat few days has worked against their strategy and perhaps forced a few to be covered.
I sense that this trading pattern will continue until we get the approval to operate over the line.
my guess slow ups and fast downs in line with the overall market direction
I will update next week the cumulative short positions when the numbers are available for data form early this week which will show if we have seen much covering undertaken
